Discovery Engine: Link Feedback to Agent Tasks

The GoogleCloudDiscoveryengineV1betaFeedbackConversationInfo schema now includes an optional taskName field. This field, of type string, allows developers to associate conversation feedback with the full resource name of a Sobi task (e.g., projects/{project}/locations/{location}/tasks/{task_id}). This enhances traceability for conversations handled by long-running agent tasks. Additionally, the completeQuery methods across dataStores and engines had their required OAuth scopes (cloud-platform and cloud_search.query) reordered, which should have no functional impact on existing integrations.
