BigLake Views Gain IAM, 'resource' Parameter Now Required

Developers can now programmatically manage access control for BigLake Views using the newly added projects.catalogs.namespaces.views.getIamPolicy, setIamPolicy, and testIamPermissions methods. These methods enable granular permission management for your views. Crucially, the resource parameter has been made strictly required. Any existing API calls that previously omitted or treated resource as optional will now fail and must be updated to explicitly provide this parameter.
