Looker Instances Expose Authentication Types

The Instance resource now includes an optional authType field, which references a new AuthType schema. This schema details whether googleAuthEnabled and workforceAuthEnabled are active for the instance. Developers can now programmatically inspect or potentially configure these authentication settings, offering more control over how users access their Looker environments.
