Cloud Storage: New Hard Delete Pause for Soft-Deleted Objects

The Bucket schema has been updated with a new hardDeletePause object under properties.softDeletePolicy. This new configuration includes an enabled boolean property to activate or deactivate the pause, and an effectiveTime string property (RFC 3339 format) indicating when the pause became active. When enabled, soft-deleted objects in the bucket will not be permanently deleted until the hard delete pause is explicitly disabled, providing more control over data retention and recovery.
