Breaking: AlloyDB Instance Observability & Query Insights Properties Are Now Read-Only

The Instance schema has been updated with two new top-level properties: observabilityInstanceInfo and queryInsightsInfo. These provide detailed, effective settings for observability and Query Insights features on your AlloyDB instances. Crucially, these properties, along with all their sub-fields (e.g., ObservabilityInstanceInfo.enabled, QueryInsightsInstanceInfo.queryPlansPerMinute), have been explicitly marked as read-only. This means any API calls attempting to set or update these values will now fail. Developers should update their code to treat these fields as informational output only.
