Within columnFamilyMapping, you can now define custom row keys using either delimitedKey (to concatenate message fields with a specified delimiter) or rowKeySchema (to align with Bigtable's structured row key schemas). Additionally, top-level fields in the JSON message can now be mapped to specific Bigtable column families, overriding the previous default behavior of writing all data to a single 'data' column family.
