The ExportMetadata schema has been expanded to include an exportMetrics field, which provides deep visibility into the export lifecycle. This includes a new ExportMetrics object containing an array of ComponentMetrics. These metrics track performance and reliability data—such as duration, startTime, endTime, retryCount, and sizeGb—for specific export components including the Database (DB), File System (FS), and BigQuery Elite System Activity (BQ_ESA).
Additionally, the source field in ExportMetadata now includes a LOOKER_SELF_HOSTED enum value, allowing developers to explicitly identify and handle migrations or backups originating from self-managed Looker environments.
