A new resourceAccessControlConfig has been added to ProjectCustomerProvidedConfig. When dataStoreAccessControlEnabled is set to true, Gemini Enterprise users will only see data stores and connectors for which they have explicit resource-level .get IAM permissions. For search optimization, SearchRequest now supports SearchAsYouTypeSpec, allowing developers to override data-store-level configurations per request. This includes specifying which fields to score, assigning them custom weight values, and setting a scoreThreshold for real-time result filtering. Additionally, the v1alpha API now supports userSuppliedSobiArtifactReference within QueryPart, enabling file attachments for long-running agent (Sobi) tasks with metadata for filenames and MIME types.
