The OAuth 2.0 scope requirements for the videos.getRating method have been updated. Specifically, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly has been added as a valid scope. While https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtubepartner remains available, developers can now follow the principle of least privilege by using the read-only scope for applications that only need to check video ratings without requiring full partner permissions.
